About me
I stumbled across yoga over ten years ago and instantly fell in love with the healing benefits it brought to my life. Yoga became my path to self love and acceptance. I have taught over 1,500 classes, am a 200hr YTT Facilitator and Retreat leader. I encourage my students to follow what they need by creating a space for playfulness and curiosity. I thrive on curating a full sensory experience where thoughtful sequencing, fluidity, yoga philosophy, self expression and musicality intertwine. I'm inspired by nature, the elements and masculine/feminine energies and love to theme my classes on such. In primal flow we move and shake the body after challenge to release stagnant energy and find space - physically, mentally, energetically.
