Kristen is an innovative and intelligent yoga teacher and yoga therapist. Guided by impeccable alignment cues to bring you into your body and breath, you experience present moment connection to self, and source: This Body, This Breath. This Moment. Kristen’s two decades of experience has allowed her to lead numerous teacher trainings, mentor teachers, offer workshops, and works privately as a yoga therapist.

She has been a presenter at AWAKE Evergreen Yoga Festival since it's foundation, and teaches corporate and private events.
