Join us for a 75 minute Primal Flow experience with live drummers!  Primal flow is the the re-awakening of our primal nature through the releasing of blocked energy and uniting of the Sacred Masculine and Divine Feminine in all of us! This class blends traditional Vinyasa yoga with primal & dynamic movements, vibrational shaking, and intuitive dance to form the perfectly balanced practice of movement and stillness for mind, body & soul!
