Kryss is a compassionate soul on a healing journey, dedicated to enriching communities with wellness. Their transformative month of traveling ignited a purpose centered on empowering others through yoga and fostering strength within diverse circles.
Kryss is a 200-hour Certified Yoga Teacher (CYT) through Yoga Alliance (YACEP). They are a yoga teacher at Urban Sanctuary and a Studio Manager at Lindz and Lamb. They work in clinical training operations for EMDR therapy and other clinical modalities at Kase & CO. Kryss has a deep love for psychology and the nervous system, and they are exploring Grad/PhD programs in Psychology while journeying into Yoga Therapy. Their interests include polyvagal theory, internal family systems, and ego states work in clinical settings. Yoga is a part of Kryss's cultural lineage, and they have been practicing for 7 years, discovering something new about themselves every time they connect with their mat.
Outside of yoga, Kryss loves hiking and being outdoors, is a huge Buffy the Vampire Slayer fan, and has a passion for parapsychology and food. They are trauma trained in Principles of Polyvagal Theory by Kase & CO. Rooted in their non-binary identity and Hindu Indo-Caribbean heritage, Kryss aims to enlighten misconceptions while pursuing their passions. As an avid reader and devoted vegan, Kryss radiates an inviting energy, beckoning all to embrace healing, existence, and authenticity.
