AWAKE Festival 2024

According to Buddha’s teachings, the root of all our suffering - all pain and problems - lies in our misunderstanding of how things really are.  Normally we feel that the world we experience is objective, inherent, independent of our mind.  But if we check with wisdom, we will see that the world we experience is totally and completely dependent on our mind - there is no world outside of our perception of the world.  This is great news and shows that through changing our mind we can change the world - both for ourselves and others.  In this meditation we will explore the initial levels of this wisdom, paving the way for deeper understanding in the future.
