Join friends Lauren Gale or Heart Nectar Healing and Nancy Harrington of Free Range Yoga as they bring you this upbeat and fun live music class! Lighten up as we break all the yoga rules and jam out to some popular tunes we all know and love. Remember what it's like to just let loose, laugh, and have fun with your new friends as we move, groove, and sing along to some of our favorite songs. Movement will be joy and flow based, and appropriate for all levels. Meet some new friends as we connect together in fun, music, and movement. This will be a perfect way to kick off our night together of Kirtan and Fireside Jammin! Spoiler alert- Lauren might not ACTUALLY play Freebird.... she refuses....but I'm still working on her! See you there!
