Join YouAligned and YA Classes founder Ashton August in her signature intuitive flow where we will move with the breath and to the beat, blending our intuitive movement with sound for a heart-centered, fully present practice. In this one-of-a-kind experience, Ashton connects with the energy in the space and channels the practice in real time. We'll end with a short guided meditation and visualization and time for connecting afterward.
