AWAKE Festival 2024

This movement practice will help set the energy and intentions for the Awake Festival both personally and collectively, through allowing the body to move freely, discover energy flow, and explore sensation. A central componenet of this embodiment session is knowing there is no way to do it wrong, and that its right when it feels authentic. Inviting the mind to follow the body, rather than the other way around, can be an expansive new experience in rewilding!
